Happy Halloween!

Happy Halloween! Here are a couple pictures of a cake that Lita made for the Halloween party at Golden Lotus Lodge O.T.O. This pumpkin cake recipe is four layers of pumpkin bread, and for the frosting pumpkin butter puree was mixed with cream cheese frosting. Elena has only her fieldwork left to complete her degree in anthropology. Her topic: how the ancient cult of Diana and its practices influenced the social structure and culture of the Roman people.
